To promote research and development among researchers in India, ITT has launched the 'Innovative Technical Textiles Store.' This initiative allows researchers and startup companies to purchase small quantities of fibers, yarns, fabrics, and garments for initial testing and validation. Few examples are mentioned below:

• • High performance fibres for research (up to 5 kg): Para-aramid, Meta-aramid, Modacrylic, FR viscose, UHMwPE, Stainless steel, Antistatic fibres, etc;

  • Ring spun yarns using high performance fibres;

  • Cut & heat resistant gloves;

  • Knitted & woven fabrics;

  • Protective garments (workwear & denim);

  • Glass fibres and filaments;

  • Basalt filaments.
